FAQ

Common questions.

What is RSH AI?

RSH AI is the studio behind Nexa — clean AI software, built in the open by a small team that ships every day.

What is the RSH AI vision?

Software that builds software. AI that does real work for anyone — and it starts with Nexa, our agentic coding workspace.

What is Nexa?

Nexa is the agentic coding workspace — chat, agents, coding, browsing, files, and memory in one clean desktop app.

Can Nexa use my computer?

Yes — Nexa Computer lets the AI see your screen and click, type, and work in real apps, with Ask, Auto, and Full control modes you choose.

Can Nexa browse the web for me?

Yes — Nexa has its own built-in browser the AI can drive: open pages, click, fill forms, and download, while you watch every step live.

Does Nexa run on my machine?

Yes. Nexa is a desktop app — your projects, keys, and history live locally, under your control.

Which AI models does it work with?

Bring your own accounts and keys: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google — plus agents like Codex, Claude Code, and OpenCode.

What can the agents actually do?

Plan, write and review code, run commands, browse the web, and use the computer — with you approving what matters.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You talk, Nexa works. The code and files stay visible for anyone who wants to look closer.

How much does it cost?

Free for 7 days — every account, no card. After that: one payment, yours forever, never a subscription. The price climbs as seats sell: $49, $99, then $149.

Can I get a refund?

No — a lifetime license is final. That is why every account starts free: run the whole app on your free trial, and only pay once you know it is for you. Billing mistakes are still fixed, of course.

Is the free trial open?

Yes — the beta ended July 31 and the 7-day free trial is now open to every account, with no seat limit and no card. Start it any time up to August 15: sign in, start your trial, and download Nexa. Your 7 days run in full from the moment you start them.

Where do I get help?

Our Discord. We build in the open and answer there every day.
